Slightly sweetish, gently grassy-spicy, moderately fruity-floral aroma of grains, some straw and light lemon peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently grassy-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, some lemon peel and hints of butter, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Crisp, refreshing Pils, probably on par with the version from six years ago.

0.33 l bottle from 'Hofladen Föhrer Inselkäse', best before December 2019. Almost clear, golden amber with a thin, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently grassy-spicy and a bit fruity-floral aroma of honey, grains, some straw and a touch of butter. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, quite grassy-spicy and a little fruity-floral taste of honey, grains, straw and traces of butter, followed by a short, quite bitter, fairly grassy-spicy and a little buttery finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice Pils, fairly hoppy, reminds me of a good Světlý due to the light diacetyl.
