0.33 l bottle from 'drankgigant.nl', best before June 2020. Clear, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, gently fruity, moderately yeasty-spicy and gently floral aroma of lemon peel, white grapes, vanilla and some Belgian candy. Gently sweet, slightly bitter, gently floral, quite yeasty-spicy and slightly fruity taste of lemon peel, vanilla, Belgian candy, clove and some white grapes, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally tart, gently dry, quite yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, a little spritzy and rather effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice BSA, not too sweet, the champagne yeast really adds something to it.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, huge foamy quite rough white head. Smell and taste malts, sweetish, light hay, some yeast. Don't get much more really. Decent body and carbonation. Mwah.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is dry, malty, yeasty and spicy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 040518

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, fruits, flowers, hops and has a nice fruity finish.

Bottle. Golden-ish color. Aroma of sweet yeast, malt and some sweet candy fruit. Taste has mildly bitter malt, yeast ester, candy and sweet fruits. Has a buttery fresh note to it. Not bad.
