Cloudy amber-brown, frothy golden foam. Dry caramel, light herbal nose. Medium body, grainy, chewy, quite bready, light minerals, a hint butter, earthy hops with lingering metallic bitterness.

9/10/11/12/9/11

Bottle: Hazy, amber coloured, small and slowly collapsing off-white foamy layer, sweetish grainy to malty nose with some fruity spots and a mild bitterness; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, quite light bodied and a bit fizzy; slightly lingering sweetish-malty and mildly bitter finish. No reason to get excited, but nevertheless quite well drinkable...

0.33 l bottle from local 'Getränke Hoffmann', best before November 2019. A bit hazy, deep amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Slightly sweetish, a bit malty and a little grassy-spicy aroma of caramel, some nuts and hints of straw. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, slightly malty, a bit grassy-spicy taste of caramel, grains, some toasted nuts and a touch of straw, followed by a short, gently bitter, moderately grassy-spicy and a little metallic finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Drinkable, not that bad.
