355ml can.Pours nice creamy yellow, some white foam on the top. Nose is refreshingly tart, some sage character, super herbal. Herbal tea mixed with refreshing lemon-water, some funk added as an extra. Tastes herbal, sage quite clearly there, refreshing, somewhat buttery funk and light bitter linger in the finish. Good one.

Taste from a can at the Colorado Springs Wine Festival. Pours a cloudy, orange color, with a medium, frothy, white head. The aroma is strong sage, juniper, lemon, some weird fish. Sweet and sugary, with with dry, dusty bitterness. Light to medium body, with a crisp, clean finish. This is an interesting and fun beer.

hazy pale yellow colour, minmial, quickly disappearing off-white head; aroma of sage, chamomile, lavender, earthy, biscuity, honey as well as some apple notes; taste of biscuity-honey sweetness, sage, sweet white wine notes, some hoppy btterness and peppery notes; thank you very much for sharing, kapusil!

0.355l can. Slightly hazy golden body with a thin white head. The aroma superbly balanced showcasing honey, sage, chamomille, levander, apples and lemon zest. Taste of bread, honey, levander, sage, pepper, grape seed and grass. Not so sour and funky, rather spicy saison. The body is a bit thin, but it's still a great beer. With a tiny bit more robust body and head retention it could even be one of the best saisons.

Lightly hazy color. Frothy white head. Nice herbal nose, slightly sour mouth. Big sage finish. I actually like it but I know many wouldn’t

(On tap @ VilleValla Pub, Linköping, Feb 1/19) Pours moderately hazy pale gold with a white head. Notes of saison cereal malts and crackers at the base, soft lemon peel and a light citrus acidity, some fruity tones of pineapple and pit fruit, herbal and grassy notes, touch of sage per se, pepper, light to moderate funk. Softly sweet up front but lightly tart as well. Drying finish of sage, herbs, citrus peel, dry earth. Medium bodied with soft creamy carbonation. A bit unique, not the most sour or funky CS by a long shot but an easy-going first beer of the night.

Can. Somewhat hay gold with a white head that fades to a fat coat. Aroma has citrus, herbal and funky cracker notes that seem unintegrated at first but are brought together a bit by the citrus. Light bodied, quite fizzy. Fairly dry, slightly tart. The flavours follow the aroma and again, whilst they go together OK they don't cohere.
