Draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. Hazy amber liquid with a small off-white head. Aroma of honey, licorice, dried fruit and toast. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with notes of honey and licorice. Medium bodied with low to medium carbonation. Nice!.

Aroma is moderate malt, sweet malt, caramel, moderate to heavy yeasty, yeast, belgium yeast, honey, apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, honey, belgium yeast, sweet malt - candy - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcohlic. Draught@CBC2015. Deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden and mildly resiny and yeasty along with some honey like notes. Flavour is fruity, liquoricelike, some alcohol, yeast, mild ripe fruits as well as some toffee.

Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 4, 02/05/2015. Hazed orange amber with a beige cap. Nose is big dark fruit rinds, on the turn melon, wooded notes, earthy. Taste comprises fruit cake, spice, dates, prunes, wooded notes, toffee, light brett. Medium + body, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok quad action.
