Bottle @ Koelschtrinker's Tasting. Smooth and mild beginning. Lots of wood there, deep and burned malts. Easy to drink, warming alcoholic but not as deep as it could have been.

Bottle at a Tasting at Koelschtrinker's place. A almost clear dark brown beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of moderate sweet caramelish malt, wood, riped fruits. Taste of strong riped fruits, caramel, spices, herbs.

Sampled from 0.33 l bottle, best before December 2023. Clear, very dark reddish brown with a beige head. Sweetish-malty, slightly yeasty, gently spicy and a bit woody aroma of caramel, raisins, prunes, oak and some coriander. Gently sweet, malty, slightly yeasty, quite spicy and a bit woody taste of caramel, lots of coriander, licorice root, some raisins and a touch of oak, followed by a medium long, quite spicy, moderately bitter and slightly woody finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

Vanilliger, hopfig-malziger Beginn. Süßlich würzig, geringe Herbe, hohe Süffigkeit. Deutlicher Alkohol, minimal bitter, kurzer alkoholischer Nachhall. 10/7/8/7/7/7
