Tasting @ Koelschtrinker's place. Smooth and sweetish. Moderate fruitiness. Sticky with no depth and not too many deep apples. Sad.

Sampled from 0.7 l bottle. Clear, golden. Sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately fruity aroma of green apples. Slightly sweet, moderately sour, gently fruity taste of green apples and hints of pear, followed by a short, moderately tart and just slightly dry finish. Thin body, slightly oily mouthfeel, almost flat. Okay.

Bottle at a Tasting at Koelschtrinker's place. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of sour dry apples, sulfits. Taste of sweet dry strong apples, sulfits.
