Sampled from tap at 'The Shakespeare'. Clear, golden with a large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, rather herbal-spicy, gently fruity and slightly grassy aroma of lemongrass, pineapple, ginger and lemon. Minimally sweet, quite dry, moderately bitter rather herbal-spicy, fruity and slightly grassy taste of lemongrass, ginger, pineapple and some peppers, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, fairly dry, herbal-spicy, grassy and a little tart finish. Thin to medium body, minimally astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Quite spicy, but really well-made nevertheless. Good one!

Cask @ Crown & Kettle, Manchester. Golden-blonde with a small head. Is mildly spiced and has a sweetness about it in both aroma and taste.

Keg at the CP&K, 29/12/17. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white covering. Nose is lemongrass, straw, grains, white peppery spice, tangerine. Taste comprises lemon rind, lime leaf, spice rack, light green pepper, lemongrass, Thai spice, light yeast. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. OK saison ... does what it says on the tin but couldn't drink a whole load of spiced beer of this ilk.

Tried at Dead Crafty, Liverpool. Hazy pale golden colour with a big white head. Aroma is certainly Thai, with lemongrass and yeasty spice. Taste yeasty to light citrus sweet. Full body.
