0.75l bottle, shared with Sima & David. Aroma is grainy, grassy and dusty. Pours clear straw color with medium sized soapy white head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts refreshing grainy and yeasty, following is bready and grassy, mouthfeel is smooth but dry, while finish is pretty bitter. Medium body, thin creamy texture and soft carbonation in palate. Clear pale light blond beer, small creamy somewhat irregular white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: malty, quite some citrus, grassy, a bit resinous, malty, piny touch. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness, grassy, hoppy, slightly malty, a bit watery maybe, but good beer! Aftertaste: more nice and tasty malt profile, bitter, a bit resinous, very hoppy, metallic touch.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear pale golden, mid sized head. Aroma of spicy grass and tea. Dry with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Crisp bread and spicy grass. Long bitter finish.

Yellow colour with small white head. Aroma is herbal, lemongrass, mild grainy and some earthy tones with a bit bready tones too. Flavour is bready, grainy, herbal, grassy and some mild earthy tones.

Pours slightly paler than golden with a hint of haziness. Medium sized white head, shows good retention and a bit of lacing. Average intensity in the aroma: light cerealy base with hints of straw and maybe a hint of wort reminiscence, quite dominant dry floral hops with lighter hints of citrus (most notably a touch of cedar). Not very defined or bright. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, average intensity and decent definition. A quite bitter pilsner as expected, but also higher than usual per style in sweetness. Mouth feels balanced, a light bittering edge in a finish/aftertaste that doesn't feel as dry as expected, leaving a sweetish reminiscence that doesn't seem to match with the bittering edge. Quite light bodied with average carbonation, quite easy going and lively. Not bad at all, but a bit unconvincing to me.

On tap at 100 piv, Bratislava. Clear golden, small off-white head. Light grainy, yeasty and a nice touch of spice and herbs. Flavour is grainy, bready, doughy, intense bitterness, grassy, herbal and spicy. Slightly astringent. Light body, soft texture, moderate carbonation. Lasting bitter finish.

Keg at Red Nose Pub Kosice, 08/06/23. Clear light golden blonde with a good sized white head. Nose is pale and bready malts, herb, grass, straw, grains. Taste comprises bread dough, pale malts, hedgerow, herb, biscuit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tidy enough logger bier.
