Tap at CBC. Pours a hazy pale yellow colour with white head. Aroma of tart citrus, herbs and some smoked bacon. Quite strong flavour of wheat, strong sour citrus, some smoked wood and orange. Smokiness is less prominent in taste. Pretty close to Berliner Weisse?

Bottle @ home, picked up for $8 at Supermarket Liquor Fort Collins. Pours a hazy dark orange appearance with an off white tan head. Some burnt wood in the nose along with light meat, lemon, and some twang. Moderately sour. Light body. Low sweetness and bitterness. The flavor is sour lemon, baked ham, earth, and vanilla. Kind of interesting, but I don’t think I could drink a whole bottle.
