Bottle at Pedale, Madrid, bottled feb132012, opened May 2013
Cloudy blond color with large head. Wonderful aroma, delicate and complex, smoked roasted ham, wheat, lactic, bread, light lemon.
Light body; light breadish flavor, delicate smoke, lactic acid, with a bit of astringency.
Wow!

650ml bottle. Gusher needing a quick pour! Hazy yellow colour, very fizzy white foam head that quickly disappears and aroma of smoke, meaty, wheat, sour, brett notes. Taste is smokey, bacon, light malt, wheat, sweet & sour, lemon, citrus rind. Fizzy & slightly slick mouthfeel, light bodied with high carbonation, dry tart finish. Refreshing, very drinkable.

On tap at CBC2012. Quite light in the glass, modest turbid. Souridh aroma that reminds me of kefir. Starts very sour with intense lemon notes. Someore fruity notes of grapefruit. Finish sour with some salty hints. I love such beers.

Shared with fiulijn @ El Pedal. Pale golden colur with a white head, good lasting. Aroma is slightly citrus and smoky. Flavor is slighty wheaty, strong sourish, lively, fruity with notes of apple; smoky notes. The final has a long sourness maintaining smoky notes.

Very hazy gold beer, short white head. Light crisp palate. A touch of sourish citrus. Mild wheat. Turns lemony. Smoke is omni present but never overwhelming. Minerally crisp finish. Sour and and smoky. Not really my thing but it’s fine.

Bottle at ChrisO tasting, thanks to Henrik, 30/12/12. Hazed pale golden/yellow with a thin white head. Nose carries sour/tarte fruit notes, wheat, touch of smoke. Taste comprises sour and tarte berry fruits, grapes, wheat, sugars. Light medium in body with spritzy carbonation lending towards a sour/smokey finish. Decent enough fayre!

Bottle at Chriso’s tasting 30/12/12. pale cloudy yellow nice white head. Bamberg rauchbeer smoke aroma. Grapefruit tanginess a little puckering and the rauch smokiness comes through in the finish. Very unusual but it seems to work.
