Oficiálne pivo HC Košice. Svetlá desiatka so stredne plným telom, vyváženou sladovo-chmeľovou chuťou, príjemným trávnato-bylinným chmeľovým doznievaním. Decentná horkosť českého chmeľu Premiant spolu s keksíkovosťou mníchovského sladu vytvára veľmi harmonickú kombináciu. Pije sa samo v duchu hesla: “Bude desať, bude desať…”

Keg at the Brewpub in Kosice, 08/06/2023.
Moderately hazed golden orange topped with a decent off white cap.
Nose is a little thin, pale malts, straw, grains, faint citric notes, hedgerow.
Taste comprises pale malts, light herb, straw, cereals.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close.
Okay drop.

V Hostinci. Leziakova mierne kyslasta vona. Zlata farba v chuti hlavne kvasinky mierne slad a na konci kovova prichut?

Bottle from brewery. Strong grainy, malty aroma with notes of diacetyl. Taste, malt, grain, light corn, hops. Not great, not terrible. Surprisingly pairing with lemon cake was good.

On tap at hostinec. Hazy yellow color with high stable white head. Aroma: bread, malt, straw. Taste: bread, malt, SAAZ hops, light acidity. Light to moderate body, moderate carbonation, moderate bitterness. Clean, crisp, easy drinking and well crafted pils.

0.25 l on tap at the brewpub. Hazy, straw yellow with a medium large, dense, stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately grassy-spicy aroma of grains, some straw and hints of citrus. Moderately sweet, slightly bitter, quite grassy-spicy taste of grains, straw, a touch of butter and traces of citrus, followed by a short, medium bitter, gently grassy-spicy and slightly grainy finish. Almost medium-bodied, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Tap at Hostinec. Very easy drinking, fits very well into the classic Czech Pilsner 10°Plato style. Moderate body, moderate bitterness, moderate herbal grassy hops character, light yeast, light honeyish maltiness. Very good.
