Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av citrus, citron, lime, Yuzu, jäst, trä, örter med toner av honung. Frisk, något sur och syrlig, lagom sötma, fin beska. Saknar en aning fruktighet och kropp.

Bottle from Systembolaget. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, some "flowers" and lime. Similar taste. Also notes of some bread and yeast. Fairly light and with some tartness in the finish.

Draught@CBC2015. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, wooden along with mild herbs and berries to it. Flavour is very similar in a quite fresh and pleasant balance.

Draft. Hazy amber color, medium white head. Floral aroma with subtle and soft fruit. Taste has softly sour fruit and a biscuity and bready background. Nice.

Keg at the 4th Copenhage Beer Celebration, Session 3, 02/05/2015. Lightly hazed golden orange with moderate off white edging. Nose is tangy citric zest, yuzu, hop notes, grassy. Taste comprises grapefruit notes, yuzu, hop jus, citric pith, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Refreshing stuff, good palate cleanser.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Red Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Baird Temple Garden Yuzu Ale ].Unclear matt medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, citrus, yuzo, green citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, zesty, yuzo, green citrus - lime. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Quit refreshing. [20150502]
