Thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Wheaty aroma. Starts fine malty, wheaty, spicy, light sourish hints. Wheaty-grainy finish. All in all well balanced. Nice one!

Many thanks to Roihessegold for this bottle! Grainy floral nose. The beer starts fresh and mild. Smooth with bitter hints on a grainy body. Yeasty with smooth earthy hints, fresh harvested grain, round and smooth with not too much sweetness. Easy to drink though. Nice.

0.5 l bottle from a trade with Maracuja05, best before August 2018, thanks Moritz! Clear, orangeish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly fruity and a bit spicy aroma of caramel, orange peel, some honey and a touch of spruce. Moderately sweet, malty, minimally bitter, slightly spicy and a bit fruity taste of caramel, honey, rye and some orange peel, followed by a short, mildly bitter, slightly spicy and a bit yeasty finish. Medium body, very smooth, slightly creamy and a little effervescent mouthfeel, very carbonation. Really love that smoothness and the spiciness from the rye, nice beer!

23-01-18 // 500ml swingtop bottle from Edeka in Mainz. Dark murky orange. Small head. Sweet grainy body, fruity flavours. Banana wheat character, some spice. Solid Bock.

50cl swing top bottle. A hazy light orange golden beer with a huge good lasting beige head. Aroma of sweet fruity malt, cereals, strong malt. Taste of strong sweet mild grainy malt, cereals, traces of honey, yeast, interesting!

Dark brown colour, beige head. Malty aroma, bread dough, some light sweetness. Sweet malty flavour. Finish malty with slight tones of caramel.

Dunkler, getreidig malziger Antrunk mit alkoholischem Touch. Getreidiger werdend, damit scheint auch die Alkoholnote intensiver zu werden. Es scheint aber nur der dunkle Roggen zu sein, wenig röstig. Hefig würzig, vergleichsweise milder Abgang mit brotigen Noten. 9/11/12/12/9/12
