Sampled from tap at the brewpub. Clear, golden amber with a white head. Sweetish, floral and slightly grassy-spicy aroma of honey, some straw and traces of caramel. Quite sweet, malty, minimally bitter, moderately floral taste of honey, grains, straw, sultanas and some caramel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy-spicy and minimally metallic finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent.
