Sampled from tap at 'The Shakespeare'. Clear, pale greenish yellow. Sweetish, slightly sourish, fruity and a little funky aroma of green apples, some pear and a touch of barnyard. Quite sweet, slightly sourish, rather fruity and slightly funky taste of green apples, some pear and a touch of barnyard, followed by a short, slightly tart, moderately dry finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
