Sampled from 0.75 l bottle, best before November 2021. Hazy, dark amber with a frothy, beige head. Sweetish-malty, a little fruity aroma of caramel, honey, vanilla and bourbon. Quite sweet, malty, slightly bitter, a little fruity taste of caramel, honey, vanilla and bourbon, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little woody finish. Medium body, slightly oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!

Bottle shared at Koelschtrinker's place. A hazy amber beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of sweet strong malt, red fruits, caramel, riped fruits. Taste of strong riped fruits, vanilla, bourbon, caramel, nice.

Hell getreidiger, laff herber Antrunk. Mittelstarke Würzigkeit, Nuancen von Alkohol, wenig Hopfen. Süffig, weich herb, langer Nachhall mit mildem angenehmem Bourbon im Hintergrund. 9/9/10/9/11/10

75cl bottle from the brewery. Smooth mild woody nose. The beer starts mild and fruity, wood in the back, vanilla and moderate bitter grain. Interesting mix of aroma, a bit too neutral-bitter for the soft and vanilla-smooth wood. Flora-bitter and soft-smooth woody vanilla aftertaste. Interesting but not as smooth as I expected. Interesting though.
