Pour from bottle @ Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival 2025. Pours a clear pale gold. Aroma of rich apple concentrate. Nicely refined spritzy feel with resonant sweet apple fruit, gentle acidity, perhaps a lick of honey.. not bad.

Tasting @ Koelschtrinker. Slightly sourish beginning. Easy to drink, refreshing with a fruity body with not too much depth. Fruity, not too deep, round and sessionable with hints of sweetness.

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear pale yellow colour. Aroma riped apples, grapes, mild sourness. Taste of mild sourish apples, grapes, riped apples. High carbonation.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, very pale golden with a fluffy, quickly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, almost dusty, slightly fruity aroma of ripe apples and some pear. Slightly sweetish, a bit sourish, moderately fruity and a little dusty taste of ripe apples and some pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, slightly woody-dry finish. Thin to medium body, rather effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Nice!
