Fruity nose. The cider starts fruity, smooth. Mild with not much aroma, some herbs, some apples, water. Very boring and refreshing.

Sampled from 1 l bottle. Clear, very pale greenish. Sweetish, minimally sourish, rather herbal-spicy aroma of lots of rosemary and some apples. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, rather herbal-spicy and a bit fruity taste of lots of rosemary and some apples, followed by a short, moderately tart, slightly dry and rather herbal-spicy finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Don't like this.
