Sampled from 1 l bottle. Clear, very pale golden. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish and slightly fruity aroma of green apples and some pear. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, slightly fruity taste of green apples and some pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, fairly dry finish. Thin body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of dry and riped apples. Taste of dry vinious apples, sulfit, low sweetness.

Trockener Beginn, grüne Äpfel, eher muffiger Hintergrund. Minimale Karbonisierung. Noten von Apfelringen, steigende Süße, leichte Herbe. Trockener, etwas bitter-säuerlicher Nachhall. Gelungen. 8/9/8/8/9/8

Many thanks to McTapps for sharing! Golden in the glass with a nice fruity nose. Dry with no carbonation. Lots of fruit, nice full in body. Fresh but dry with hints of sulfur. Smooth fruity. Hints of sweetness left which helps a nice high drinkability. Dry-fruity aftertaste. Full-bodied, round, sourish nice.
