25cl pour @ Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival 2025. Pours a relatively clear gold. Pure fruit scrumpy nose. Crisp start, high juice presence, fruity with a long acidic linger.

Sampled from 1 l bottle. Clear, very pale golden. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, moderately fruity aroma of green apples and some pear. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, moderately fruity taste of green apples and some pear, followed by a short, moderately tart and quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of mild sweet and riped apples. Taste of sweet apples, soft riped apples, easy to drink.

Weich apfeliger Beginn, süffig, wenig aromatisch. Steigend aromatisch, dabei sehr trocken, mild fruchtig. Geringe Süße, kurzer Nachhall nach roten Äpfeln. Monoton, unauffällig, gefällig. 8/8/9/8/9/8
