Sampled from 1 l bottle. Clear, very pale golden. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish and slightly fruity aroma of green apples and some pear. Minimally sweetish, slightly sourish and a bit fruity taste of green apples and some pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, rather dry finish. Thin body, medium astringent and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay!

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of tart apples, dry apples. Taste of dry and sour apples, vinious, low sweetness.

Many thanks to McTapps for sharing! Fruity and tart nose. The cider starts sourish-fruity. Nice Speierling-tartness, not too astringent, fresh and fruity. The aftertaste is round and nice, very smooth, fruity and apple-dry. Nice.
