Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Clear, very pale golden. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, moderately fruity aroma of green apples and some pear. Slightly sweetish, moderately sourish, quite fruity taste of green apples and some pear, followed by a short, moderately tart, quite dry finish. Thin to medium body, slightly astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Bottle at a Tasting. A clear pale golden colour. Aroma of mild sweet apples, a bit boozy, dry apples. Taste of dry apples, not too sweet, some wood.

Spritziger Beginn mit Noten von Zitrusfrüchten. Trockene milde Apfelnoten, monotoen, eher langweilig. Weich herb im Mittelteil, dunkler werdend. Passabel. 8/8/9/7/9/8
