Sampled @ Düsseldorfer Craftbier Festival 2017. Klare hell goldgelbe Farbe. Geruch ist sehr holzig, süß, Eiche, süße Äpfel. Geschmack ist süß, viele Äpfel, holzig, Whiskey, nett.

Sampled from bottle at Craft Beer Festival Düsseldorf 2017. Clear, pale straw yellow, no head. Sweetish, fruity aroma of apples and some wood. Sweetish, minimally sourish and quite fruity taste of apples, some wood and hints of vanilla, followed by a short, slightly tart and a little dry finish. Thin body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, almost flat. Okay!

Im Antrunk leicht holzig, sonst aber eher Apfelsaft. Dann aber trockener, angenehm mild süß, weich. Vollmundig, langer Nachhall. Gut. 7/11/10/9//10
