From tap at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Yellow session. Unclear yellow golden with white head. Yeasty and citrusy fruity aroma, funky bretty, dusty, barnyard notes, wood and light wineous. Sweet, bitter and acidic taste. Light oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle. Light hazy golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of lemon, funk, wood, red berries, apple skin and lacto. Taste is dry and medium sour with notes of lemon, apple skin, light wood and light grain. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Really nice.
