0.75 l bottle from local ’Trink & Spare’, best before February 2017 (the reason why I got it for free). Clear, golden amber with a massive, very dense, stable, white head. Sweetish, fruity, floral and slightly grassy aroma of peach, orange blossom, pear, clove and hints of hay. Slightly sweetish, quite fruity, floral, slightly spicy and a bit grassy taste of peach, clove, pear, some honey and hay, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, slightly peppery-spicy and a little sourish finish. Medium body, moderately effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice, fruity Saison, definitely not past its prime.

At Craft Bier Fest Wien. Quite clean and tasty saison. Spicy barnyardy funk with a hint of clean sourness with a clean honeyish pilsnery background. Good.

Geschmack hefig, dezent bananig, langweilig.

750 ml bottle from Merkur Hoher Markt, Vienna.
Orange, cloudy body, with a big, frothy, white head.
Aroma of spices, bread, citrus, orange, some barnyard, some young cheese, ripe fruits, some vanilla.
Taste follows this, with some more peppery notes.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes spicy, yeasty, medium dry, fruity, a bit sweet.
Nice one. Refreshing and well balanced, but not so special, a quite average Saison. Still one of the better beers from the Hausbier range.

0,75l bottle at home shared by Saeglopur, big thanks. BB 16.01.2016. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells citric, acidic, spices, light herbs. medium to full body, bubbly carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, acidic, spices, herbs. finishes acidic and with citric and herbal notes. decent, for me more like a wheat beer than a saison, a bit simple overall.
