Smooth and mild, round and fruity. The Cider is very dry, hints of sourness left. Sessionable, natural with a nice fresh sourish appley aroma. Nice.

Sampled from 0.75 l bottle. Pale, golden yellow with some white bubbles on top. Slightly sourish, moderately fruity aroma of apple juice and hints of oak. Sweetish, slightly sourish and moderately fruity taste of apples and some straw, followed by a short, slightly tart, moderately dr finish. Thin body, slightly watery mouthfeel, flat. Drinkable.

Klare hell goldgelbe Farbe. Geruch süßen mild reifen Äpfeln. Geschmack leicht säuerlich, reife trockene Äpfel, leicht wässrig.

Spritziger, etwas wässrig apfeliger Antrunk von grünem Apfel. Spritzig, steigende Intensität. Die Süße steigt ebenfalls und macht den Apfelwein runder, sehr süffig. Langer natürlicher Nachhall, kaum trocken. Gut! 9/12/12/11/10/12
