Hazy light pink with a strong head. Peppery sandalwood nose. Tastes like a Southeast Asian Temple with hints of lychee and mango. Really nice summer feeling!

0.33 l bottle from ’BierPost.com’, best before December 2016. Hazy, straw yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, moderately spicy, a bit fruity and a little yeasty aroma of lemon peel, clove, banana and coriander. Sweetish, quite spicy, moderately fruity and slightly yeasty taste of banana, lemon peel, clove, coriander and licorice root, followed by a medium long, moderately bitter, minimally sourish and slightly grassy and very spicy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Okay!

Pours a cloudy golden color. A little more carbonation. Good flavor of citrus, lemon, orange. Tons of sediment in the bottles.

Leicht trüb, wenig Schaum, in der Nase typisch orangig. Im Trunk dann zimtig, ganz anders als die Nase, kernig, crispy, Beeren, interessant. Hintenweg leicht bitter. Nicht verkehrt.

Festival der Bierkultur 2015. Smooth fresh beginning. Nice sourish stuff. Fresh with a mild body, but not too much spices in the taste. Only hints of Kumquats / Oranges. Fresh but a bit disappointing as the promised spices aren’t there. Only a good but not too special Wit.

Tap at Festival der Bierkulturen. Hazy, yellow-ish pale golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Spicy, peppery and herbal aroma, hints of mustard, a fruity kumquat touch. Taste delivers identical flavours, nice mild tartness - ginger, cardamom?
