Tap. Light golden color, good white foam. Unusual aroma: tea with bergamot, pear, slightly perfume. Taste: tea, bergamot, herbs, spicy, pear, strange, it’s hard to drink a lot.

Sampled from tap Amsterdam Craft Beer Fest 2016. Slightly hazy, pale straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, very fruity, slightly soapy and a little floral aroma of lemon, gooseberry, pineapple and some ginger. Slightly bitter, grassy-fruity, slightly soapy and a little floral taste of lemon, pineapple, ginger and gooseberry, followed by a medium long, rather dry, slightly bitter, grassy finish. Thin to medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Refreshing!
