Inspiriert durch ein belgisches Tripel haben wir das Bier mit einer speziellen Weinhefe vergoren, die auf dem Saccharomyces-Stamm basiert. Die von der Hefe gebildeten typischen Weinaromen haben wir dann mit dem Aromahopfen Hallertauer Blanc verfeinert. Das Ergebnis ist unser goldglänzendes „Tripel Blanc“ mit feinporigem Schaum und prickelnd-süßlichem Nachhall. Der langanhaltende fruchtige Geruch und Geschmack nach Orange und Mandarine machen Lust auf mehr!

Pours a golden color. The aroma is slightly sweet, with a faint malty character. Sweet, with a bit of bite.

Many thanks to koelschtrinker for sharing! Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma of sweet malt, belgian yeast, some alcohol. Taste is sweet malty, honey, spices, belgian yeast, some alcohol.

Heller, stark karbonisierter Antrunk. Trockene Bitterkeit mit Kräuternoten, süßlich herb. Deutlich hefig im Mittelteil, später etwas muffig, insgesamt rund. 9/8/8/9/12/9

0.75 l bottle from REWE Budnik & Homberg, best before 4/2017. Clear, pale golden yellow with a medium large, fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Intense, citrusy aroma of lemon, white grapes, pomelo and orange. Sweetish, citric-fruity taste of lemon, orange, white grapes and pomelo, followed by a long, medium bitter, minimally alcoholic finish with notes of grapefruit and lemon. Medium body, effervescent and slightly spritzy mouthfeel, average carbonation. Delicious tripel with slight, refreshing notes of white wine and a great hoppy finish. A shame that it’s only brewed once.
