Das Mainzer Pils ist das erste Bier aus unserer neuen Mainzer Brauerei. Auf unserem neuen 15hl Sudhaus haben wir es handwerklich eingebraut. Wir verwenden dabei hochwertige Malze aus der Region und aromatische Hopfensorten aus deutschen Anbaugebieten. Es darf einfach Pils sein, fein herb und harmonisch. Ein süffiger Trinkgenuss für den besonderen Moment.

0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Unclear pale golden in the glass, one finger white head. Grainy smell with orange citrus. Taste is more pale grainy, wheat, strong straw bitterness, overpowered and unpleasant in my opinion. Less fruity. Sorry ...

From tap at the brewery. Clear yellow color with white head. Malty and light hoppy aroma, grain, caramel, honey notes, floral and grassy. Sweet and light bitter taste. Light thin to oily body with soft carbonation.

330ml bottle. Clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly fruity, grassy and minimally waxy, hoppy aroma, minimally husky, strawy, pale malty basis, a touch of nectarine and melon. Taste is dry, slightly fruity and grassy hoppy, hints of melon, apricot and nectarine, some malty spiciness, umami.

Sample from 33 cl bottle. Slightly hazy golden colour with a big white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, bread, fruity notes and hay. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes dry and fruity with grasses and bread. Citrus. Nice Pilsner.
