Tight creamy yet bubbly head stayed in a highly effervescent strawberry red body. Floral aroma with berry, rose petals & citrus. Medium to thin bodied, exceedingly sharp over the tongue with well carbonated dry back. Strawberry, raspberry, hibiscus, rosé wine & lemon with long range citrus finish.

At a tasting, small bubbly head, hazy palish red color, aroma of acetone, feral, some citrus and berries behind and a hint of vinegar, flavor is a melange of red berries acetone and red wine vinegar, mellow sourness, light complimenting sweetness. Really nice and enjoyable.

375ml bottle. Red amber colour, white foam head and funky citrus rind aroma. Taste is sour, citric zest, grainy with barnyard funky notes and some woody oaky tannic bitterness. Slick mouthfeel, light to medium bodied, soft to medium carbonation, dry tart citric funky finish. Very drinkable

Pours deep magenta into a tulip. White head with good retention recedes to skim surface. Blueberry and funk aromas. Sharp with aspirin and blueberry skin upfront turning to dry citrus peel and funk in the lasting finish.

Draught at the brewery, 6/3/18.
Bluish-violet with dark cranberry hints, good clarity and a pinkish-tinged, off-white head that shows moderately-low retention.
Pepper, tannin, spice and very light citrus mix with very gentle blueberry fruit that has been mostly attenuated and integrated fully in to the beer. Not intensely sour, as one would expect, with low barrel tannin and lots of fruity Brett and light lactic acidity.
In the mouth it's soft, tannic, spicy and shows a good tartness without becoming too dry or sour. Soft, malty textures show good base malt sweetness, while Brett and lactic acid are mostly gentle. Tart, spicy fruit lingers with tight carbonation and hints of citrus and blueberry spice, earth and juice.
