Gushing to red-amber beer with a small pink head. Sour fruit, rosehips, fruitacids, lactic acid. Fruity flavours, red fruit, various acids. Acidburn, dry, long-lasting flavours. Far from bad, but it could do with some more character - maybe more outspoken blueberry, f. i.

Bottle. Pours a near clear deep amber gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has rich slightly dark berries with a bit of earthiness and a touch of acid. Flavor starts with rich berries with a good amount of earthy grains a bit of grape

Bottle - thanks Felipe! Pours hazy reddish purple, small pink head, some lacing. Aroma is funky basement aromas, lots of fruitiness, but not really blueberry per se. Flavor is medium tart, lightly funky, really fruity and good. Medium body, high carbonation, nice mouthfeel.

Poured from a 375ml bottle. Aroma is rather fruity with a light citrus note, moderate tropical fruit and a really nice blueberry character. Not the typical plastic note that can come with the blueberries. Pours a slightly cloudy, pinkish purple with a small, moderately thick, slightly pink head that disappears nicely. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with light citrus and tropical fruit notes. Moderate blueberry flavor, not phenolic at all. Faint oak notes with light bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really nice blueberry beer with a touch of sweetness and nice yeast character. One of the best blueberry beers I have tried.

Bottle pours with a light purple body that supports a white head of foam that has a pinkish hue to it. The aroma offers up tartness, mild blueberry like fruitiness and then more full up tartness and lemony citrus acidity. The taste starts with a brief flash of blueberry fruitiness and then heading into swiftly into tartness and acidic puckering flavors.

Bottle @ home, shared with LeninCat. Slight gusher. Pours a slightly hazy, dark plum appearance with a dark pink head that dissipates pretty quickly. The aroma really reminds of Wild Wild Brett Indigo. Really a similar blueberry aroma. Kind of curious if they got the blueberries from the same region or if it’s just coincidental. Spritzy blueberry aroma with some horseblanket, leather, and lots of funk. Some floral notes as well. Nice mouth feel. Pretty puckering flavor. Moderate plus acidity. Quite a bit of fruit. Some residual sweetness which is kind of nice. There is a tannic / leather quality going on as well. Pretty complex. Drinks fine.

Bottle thanks to Will. Pours a clear pink purple with small off white head. The aroma is strong oak, blueberry skin, yeast. Thin mouthfeel with nice tart blueberry, funk, oak, lingering sourness, yes.

2014 Reserve bottle enjoyed 2 ways at 45 Degrees F in stemware.

A - Beautiful color as with all blueberry beers, pink reddish hues, 1 finger carb that fades fast.

S - The nose is gorgeous. Bright, juicy with floral notes, honey dew melon and a nice juiciness. As with most blueberry beers, there’s an earthiness to it. Very mild tart acidity.

T - This is a very mild beer. Weak start, nice lemon tartness w/ a balanced acidity at the middle and the finish is all blueberry. Great taste..no element is overpowering.

M - Crisp seltzer water carbonation sort of like one of those juice sodas from Pellegrino.

O - Nice beer, extremely drinkable and great on a hot day!
