473ml can. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, rapidly diminishing, minimally lacing, white head. Grassy, floral and citrusy fruity, minimally piney, hoppy as well as slightly spicy, pale malty and minimally funky, floral, yeasty aroma, notes of old lemon peel, a touch of grapefruit rind, juniper berry, whiffs of chamomile. Taste is dry, grassy, and citrusy fruity, floral and minimally piney hoppy, slightly spicy, pale malty basis without residual sweetness, notes of old lemon peel, grapefruit rind, a touch of salted lemon, salty cracker, juniper berry, a weak touch of chamomile, some zesty bitterness. Oily-watery texture, minimally greasy, simultaneously dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation. Nice dirty funky touch, quite some unusual flavours; not a typical West Coast Pale Ale - very interesting stuff.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated April 17, 2023. Aroma is hop forward with lots of gooseberry, berry, passion fruit, mango and tropical citrus. Light dank, oily resin notes. Light grain notes and hints of alcohol. Pours a moderately hazy, pale, yellow straw color with a medium sized, fairly thick, pillowy, white head that recedes steadily to a small film that lingers. Medium light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with medium light cracker malt notes. Medium bitterness and light alcohol notes. Quite a bit of gooseberry, berry, passion fruit and tropical citrus with lighter notes of mango and dank, oily resin. Mouthfeel is medium to medium light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid, hop-forward, pale ale. Lots of gooseberry notes in aroma and flavor with other balanced hop notes and a touch of dank, oily resin. Light malt notes and a bit of a lighter body with hints of alcohol. Moderately strong bitterness.

Draft at Beercraft. Glowing golden, head fades to ring. Aroma hints at the grain bill, bready. Taste gets fruity and tangy, very smooth. Subdues, but underneath all that simplicity, lies a complex beast. Full bodied, gentle, small bite hangs on forever. Really nice.

The beer is a pale yellow gold with a nice white head. Lots of lacing, excellent retention. The aroma is pineapple, tangerine, pear, peach, blackberry, orange rind, lemon. Lots of nice hoppiness bouncing around. Light honey malt background. Taste is full of sweet hop flavor. Medium to light bitterness. Fairly dry.
