Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with small white head. The aroma is strong yeast, oak, funk. Slick body, lemon zest, oak, nice tartness, enjoyed this.

Bottle. Pours hazy yellow gold, small off-white head, dissipates leaving decent lacing. Aroma is bright, lemon, mineral water, lime zest, stonefruit, hay. Flavor is light tart, light plus funk. Lightish body with a soft mouthfeel. Another refined winner in this series.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is a balanced blend of oak, fruit, phenolics, and grain. Light lemon and green grape notes with hints of stone fruit. Medium light oak notes. Light grain notes with a bit of a floral, peppery note. Pours a slightly hazy, dull, golden straw color with a small, thick, creamy, white head that recedes steadily to a thin film that lingers. Faint lacing and small legs. Flavor has a light to medium light acidity with light grain notes. Medium bitterness and a fairly dry finish. Medium light red apple, green grape, and pear notes with hints of lemon and pineapple. Light pepper notes with a faint floral and earthy note. Light oak notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with low carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice saison. Good barrel and fruity notes with a light funk. Not to acidic with a nice, dry finish. Could use a bit more carbonation.
