750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast upfront, with rustic farmhouse notes, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with rustic farmhouse notes, a touch of wild yeast, and a touch of hay. Rustic, wild and citrusy. Lots of hay and gentle acidity on the finish. Very good.

Light amber, slight haze. Light brett accent, This has a peachy note, with a bretty accent in the finish. Sort of light body, maybe almost a simple beer.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Manny G. Pours hazy gold with a small, frothy white head. Some aged woody notes, tangy tangerine, soft funk, melon, restrained acidity. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Quenching finish, nice woody dryness, more tangerine, lemon rind, pale wood. Great depth. Super sound.
