Inspired by the highly hopped Pale Ales we were raised on in the Westcoast we decided to throw an IPA quantity of Mosaic and Belma hops at this Pale Ale to give it a gigantic hoppy nose with scents of over-ripe cantaloupe, honeydew, strawberries centers, and subtle grape and berry-like notes. A nice little pinch of British specialty malts help provide this pint sized hop-beast with subtle toffee and bready notes to back up all of that juicy-hoppy goodness and balance out its perfect little bitter bite; keeping it reminiscent of the classic but with a whole new facelift courtesy of Mosaic and Belma hops.

From notes in the Spring. Another solid offering from Fieldwork. They really nail every beer. Golden orange with full, fluffy head. Giant taste of melon with slight citrus. Get a little Maris Otter here, which provides nice support.
