2016 bottle, opened at a share. Pours a hazy, pink color, with a small, fizzy, white head. The nose is beautiful plum, lemon juice, granny smith apples, cinnamon, and light attic mustiness. Dry and funky, with a sharp acidity. Lovely, dried out fruity sour.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy bright dark pink with a small pink head. Aroma brings out lots of barnyard funk, lots of potent tart cherries, and a little oak. Flavour is intense on the tart cherries, a bit of rubber, oak, and some wild yeast. The cherries are nice but there's some strange slight off-note. Pleasant.

Pink-cyclamen headless beer. Rather fade cherry nose, bit lactic. Sour cherries, art, full fruit but not explosively, held back. Astringency, lipsmacking sourness, dry-out effect, acidthinning. Decent kriek, but not really outstanding.

Bottle: Poured a red color sour ale with a medium size foamy head. Aroma of cerise pit and tart notes is quite nice. Taste is a mix of cerise pit with some tart notes and some acidity noticeable and limited residual sugar. Body is full with good carbonation. Interesting and enjoyable beer.

Bottle shared at my pre-wedding bash with some other RB nerds. Pours a hazy pink appearance with a pinkish / cream colored head. The aroma is full of spicy, herbal cherries that is reminiscent of cherry crisp. There’s an interplay between cinnamon-like spiciness and pie cherries. The cool thing about this is that base beer, Oak Theory, shines through brightly with all the cobweb / basement funk / cheesy notes readily apparent and not dominated by the cherries. The cherries are complementary not overpowering. Moderately sour. Delicious and a treat.
