Same Tree is a tart saison aged in a French oak foudre with our house mixed culture of wild yeast and souring bacteria and then with yellow peaches and nectarines from the wonderful Masumoto Family Farms. Biting-into-nectarines-and-peaches fruit forwardness, tart, bright and earthy funkiness. 6.6% ABV (750ml corked & caged champagne-style bottles).

Bottle at share. Hazy, milky pale straw color, tiny fluffy head. Big Saison aroma, grass, mild fruitiness. Taste is also classic Saison with a nice buttery feel to it, stone fruit, mildly sweet and a hint of tartness.

Cloudy golden with a white head - Gentle sour fruity aroma - Fruity sour flavour - The sour fruity flavours goes into the finsih - This was real good

At ratebeer best pours out hazy peach color topped with a sand head. Nose is great big peach apricot citrus creamy oak and a light funk. Taste is more of the nice stone fruit forward and a great citrus tart balance.

On tap at RateBeer Best. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is strong stone fruit, oak, yeast, floral. Thin body, tart peach and apricot, light acidity, nice tartness, light funk, really enjoyed this.

Bottle @ RateBeer Best 2017. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour tart nectarine aroma. Fruity sour tart nectarine flavor. Has a fruity sour tart nectarine finish.

From bottle at Ratebeer Best festival, Santa Rosa. Light hazy yellow golden color with white to off white head. Malty and yeasty aroma, very fruity, lots of stone fruits, peach, nectarine, pineapple, funky notes, grassy, light wood. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

[1/28/17] Bottle/Draught at RateBeer Best festival in Santa Rosa. Cloudy yellow. Peach, nectarine, juicy, funk, tart. Great.

Bottle at Culmination 16: Poured hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma was mixed citrus and peach nose. Taste was super tart and sour at first with a nice peach balance. Amazing beer!
