Ein Bier mit dunkler Seele, aber gutem Charakter, gebraut im 90er-Jahre-Style. Leichte Röstmalzaromen treffen auf sanfte Restsüße mit charismatischer Bitternote im Abgang, harmonisiert durch die obergärige Spezialhefe. Unser Mühlen-Dunkel ist in Fulda so bekannt wie „le chat noir“ von Theophile Steinlen im Kunstbetrieb.

From tap at the brewpub. Hazy dark brown color with light beige head. Malty aroma, roasted, caramel, bread, chocolate,licorice, light coffee. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma but better and more intense. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Tap at the brewpub. Dark brown, thick cappuccino head. Good roast, sweet malt, light chocolate, good aromatic hop counterpoint. Chewy body light fruity restsweetness.

Draught at the brewpub. Good fruity and roasted aroma. Dark brown colour, seems hazy. Big stable tan head. The flavouris nicely roasted. There is a little barnyard and paper to it, but it is not bad.
