Aloha Sommergenuss – so lässt sich unser „Leicht“ am Besten zusammenfassen. Eingebraut mit Hopfen der Sorte „Hallertauer Blanc“ bekommt es einen leicht fruchtige Note mit Aromen von Trauben und Stachelbeere. Das unfiltrierte, obergärige Weizenbier mit dem einem Alkoholgehalt von 2,8 Prozent und einer schönen Perlage ist ein optimales Getränk für den Sommer. Wie auch die andern Biere der Brauerei Heller ist das „Leicht“ handwerklich gebraut. Im Glas fällt die goldene Farbe und die leichte Trübung ins Auge, kombiniert mit einem schönen Schaum. In die Nase steigen Noten von Traube und Stachelbeere, welche sich auch im Geschmack widerspiegeln. Das Bier ist etwas stärker gehopft und präsentiert im Abgang eine angenehme, frische Bittere. 100 Prozent Urlaubsfeeling.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice small head. Starts mild but not washy, fine malty, shy hoppy background. Some spicy notes well. Finish well balanced. Mild but again not washy. Nice!

0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Cloudy orange golden, small one finger white head. Malty aroma, little bit sourish. Taste is malty with caramel, some orange. Low bitterness, caramel in the aftertaste. Not bad for a low alcohol thing

50cl bottle from SuperBioMarkt in Wuppertal. Dark amber cloudy in the glass, slightly sourish nose. The beer starts nice fresh with a full body and grainy parts. Quite bitter for a Weizen, round and refreshing, a bit dusty and grainy. Long aftertaste, round and bitter. Nice full-bodied, but I muss the yeast and the typical smooth Weizen aroma.

50cl swing top bottle. Pours hazy orange golden colour with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of mild grainy malt, wheat, nuts, clove. Taste of dry nutty hops, clove, quite bitter, interesting and good!

From 0.5 l bottle at the brewpub, best before January 2018. Hazy, golden yellow with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, moderately yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-grassy aroma of banana, cloves, fresh grass and citrus. Sweetish, moderately yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-grassy taste of banana, cloves, vanilla, fresh grass and some citrus, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little sourish, rather yeasty-spicy and a bit grassy finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice, especially considering the abv!

Draft at the Brauhaus shared with Zlotta. Very hazy golden with a big white head. Aroma of yeast, banana and light spicy notes. Flavour is light to light moderate sweet and bitter. Above light bodied with soft carbonation.
