Brezalkoholno Pivo

50cl Fles bij Gostilna Kosir. Helder lichtgouden kleur, witte kraag. Licht moutig, vrij zoet, wel nog hoppig in de geur, hint van aluminium, te zoet om echt heel aangenaam te zijn maar na een wandeling Smarna Gora op was dit helemaal prima.

Barva zlatava. Pena nizka a hned pryc. Vune sladova. Chut sladova, dojezd horky mirne zatuchly. Pripomina mi pito

L'intensità olfattiva è appena percepibile e l'esistenza olfattiva è sfuggente. Il cappello di schiuma resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è grossolana. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Poche bollicine medio-fini costituiscono la forma della frizzantezza costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è scarno. L'amaro è assente. Il finale è semplice. In bocca non arriva nessun aroma su cui riferire.

Can. Surprisingly not as bad as regular one and I'm almost willing to say that this was drinkable.

From a 50 cl can, thanks Joke for bringing me this from Slovenia. Thick and sticky, moussy, egg-white head (though fairly quickly dissolving) over a clear and pure, deep golden beer with lively fizz. Sweetish grainy aroma, old cookies, sugarcorn although no corn is used, clear iron, stale sweat, margarine, wet paper, grassy touch, even a hint of flowers. Spritzy carbonation in the mouth, simple grainy taste, sweetish with a kind of ’sweaty’ sourishness to it, somewhat oily mouthfeel, slick, clearly metallic, with a surprisingly high amount of bitterness in the finish, not aromatic but still a deep, earthy, leafy hoppiness providing a dry finish, but something vaguely chemical as well. I had no expectations about this whatsoever, but I must admit that in its style, which I have only very few people seen truly enjoy, this is far from the worst; it has a kind of ’pure’ barley sweetness to it and notably more hop bitterness than expected - in fact, more than usual for the style. Other than that, this is of course just another industrial, metallic, bit chemical like many others. But hey, it’s also a country tick for me...

Pours a quite pale golden topped with frothy white head. Malty and grainy aroma, some sweet apple notes that are not nice. Lots of malty sweetness in the taste, typical not-pleasant non-alco beer. Pass.

Clear pale blond beer, irregular white head, little stable, dissipates quickly, bit adhesive. Aroma: very malty, hay, cow fodder, unfermented wort. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very metallic, sweet and sugary, very weird. Aftertaste: very metallic, unpleasant bitterness, grains. Learned only afterwards that this was a low alc, that explains the wort smell, I guess. ;-)
