Frisch-säuerlich-hefiger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig-süffig. Der Hauptteil ist ein Bisschen würzig und auch einen Tick herb. Dabei erfrischend-hefig-säuerlich. Der Nachgeschmack ist nicht sehr lange anhaltend, zwar als Sommerbier erfrischend, aber doch etwas flach. Auf der Zunge bleibt eine leicht-hefige Herbe mit einer leichten Pelzigkeit.

Bottle. (old notes from 2007) Hazy golden with a medium head. Aroma and taste of yeast, coriander, banana, spices and lemon. Also floral hops. Refreshing and descent. I kind of miss this beer.

From an old notebook. Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a white head. Fruity, not so much banana nose. Unusual a hefe weisse flavour, more fruity and like an belgian wit bier.

Bottle (Stockholm Beer Festival 2009) - Hazy golden. Slightly spicy aroma with hints of apple and banana. Tangy, fruity and spicy taste with more hints of apple in the finish.

Bottle 0.5l labeled "Vit Sommaröl". Golden orange/brown colored. Hazy. A shortlived white head. Modest spicy aroma. Flavor is fruit and almonds. Dry bitter aftertaste. Not offensive in any way. The head disappeared completely.

Hazy pale golden with tiny white head. Wheat in the aroma along with yeast and fruits. Sweet fruity flavour with abricot and wheaty notes.

(6/29/08) Bottle sample at RBESG08 grand tasting in Plzen. As Vit Weissbier. Pale yellow color. Aroma of yeast, some spiciness and some fruits (banana, a bit of apple). Sweetish yeasty flavor with fruits and some spiciness. Medium-bodied.

Bottle. Medium head with medium duration. Color is golden and lightly hazy. Aroma and taste are sweet banana and yeast.

RBESG2008: 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Light estery and wheaty aroma. Flavour is mild fruity wheaty. Light estery finish with a mild wheaty note. Ends fruity.

Bottle, RBESG08 grand tasting. No ratings so far from the RBESG... hope I’m rating the proper beer. Lemony, fruity aroma, some chocolate? what the... Murky golden body, big/medium head. Nice aggressive wit, spicey and lemony. A bid dry, yet sweet. Nicely balanced.
