Bottle: Poured a hazy carbonated yellow. The aroma is strong sweet peach. This aroma moved straight into the taste as well as its peachy.

Bottled(250ml). –Shared with Doggythedog at the Hopdevil in Zagreb
I’m not really fond of peach juice but this is far worse. Clear golden/orange coloured, medium sized white head, peach cake nose. Artificial sweet peach and slight yeasty aroma. It has a taste like liquid peach pudding. Awful...

Bottle at the Hopdevil in Zagreb shared with ozujsko I’ve been avoiding the Brussels line for quite some time now, but they’re one of the last beers here ozujsko didn’t try so we decided to split it. It poured a clear orange/golden body with a medium to big sized head that went away relatively slowly. The nose... peaches and apricots abound... smells like some italian cookies with some apricot jelly on top of them... peach/apricot jam even. Nice. The taste is a bit too straightforward. Sugary peach juice... some nice, faint acidity, but not much. Why was this filtered ? Not a bad fruit juice... If this is the best Brussels beer, I don’t have high hopes for the others...

Bottled. HAzy orange colour, small head. Peach, spices and strawberry in aroma. Cartboard, peach and earthy notes in flavour. Aroma was nice, but the flavour was kind of weird.

Bottled (BB 05/2006)
Hazy pale orange, small white head. Strong acidy fruity sour nose: sugar, peach, apricot and glue. Light, sweet, hints of peach. Interesting, but I am not sure if I really like this one.

(Bottle 25 cl) Orange golden, almost peach-colored. Slightly hazy with a white, creamy head. The peach-flavour is pronounced but not dominating. Like the rest of Pierre Celis’ fruitbeer creations, this has an apparent, fresh sourness to it. 280804

Very pale coloured, slightly hazy; good, white, persistent head, leaving lace. First impression is that of yoghurt in the nose. Then a fruitier arome arrives - but not like jam as in the Framboos, but rather as peach-flavoured strong drink or apricot brandy. Slightly acidic nose - the wheat?. Only slightly fruity taste, sltightly tart, and perfumey - in the best sense. The fruitiness is much less markedly peach - blind I would have guessed strawberry just as easily. Remark - no aberrations direction fruitsyrups. I do get yoghurt again - a mild fruit yoghurt. Light bodied, but the fruit gives some body, and a slick mouthfeel. Again this new Celis-Van Steenberge thing surprises me in a good way. This is definitely a better than usual range. Remembers me a bit of the Melbourn beers, actually.

Cloudy blond color. Quite nice fruitness, not cloying, not artificial… Simple but pleasant.

A hazy orange beer with a small disappearing head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by peach. The flavor is very sweet and a combination of wheat and peach runs thru the mouth. Definatly the best of the three Brussel's fruit beers I've tried.
