Schwach eingetrübte goldene Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, leicht hefiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich einerseits malzig und fruchtig mit Anklängen an Karamell, andererseits kommt eine weinartiger Note durch. Mittlere Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

BB 20.09.2020. golden almost clear color, small white head. smells grassy, earthy, tobacco, stale fruits, bit light struck, light veggies. ok smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes sweet, caramel, honey, some bread, tobacco, earthy, some cardboard, light grains. finishes rather sweet with notes of tobacco, bread and caramelly notes. hmm, rather on the sweet side, on the taste the flavours are also all over the place. grapes not noticeable. not very exciting beer. 5, 4, 6, 3, 11

Tap at the brewery. Aroma fruity, actually some grapes aroma. Clear golden colour. Taste mostly honeyish, but also flowery fruity grapes. Interesting and well balanced mix.

Tap at brewpub. Golden color with thick white head. Malt, white wine in aroma. Nice combination of malt and wine in taste. Light sour finish. Good.

Liegt eine Brauerei in einer überteuerten Weingegend wie hier, liegt es nahe, das Bier mit Wein zu mischen. Ich war schon kein Freund des Cerevinum des Brauhaus Gusswerk, aber ich ließ mich nocheinmal auf das Experiment ein. Nach dem ersten Schluck wartete ich einmal auf den Biergeschmack, den ich aus dem vorher getrunkenen Zwickel schon kannte -nur der kam nicht. Also der nächste Schluck: Schmeckt man den Wein. Wieder nix. Schlussendlich kann ich gar nicht sagen, wonach das Gesöff geschmeckt hat. An meiner Wortwahl (Gesöff) erkennt man schon, dass es mir nicht geschmeckt hat. Es schmeckt weder nach Bier, noch nach Wein oder hat irgendwelche interessanten Aromen, die man oft von belgischen Bieren her kennt, die man auch nicht benennen kann, aber ausgezeichnet schmecken. Schlußendlich möchte ich allen abraten das Zeug zu probieren und stattdessen ein weiteres Zwickel zu trinken oder zu hoffen, dass gerade ein Sondersud ausgeschenkt wird -da ist das Geld besser angelegt.

swing top bottle 750ml. -Hazy golden coloured, medium sized white head, slight hoppy and yeasty nose. Malty, sweet yeasty and mild peppery hoppy with notes of hemp. Rather short finish. 90% RossNatur and 10% white wine, and that white wine is hardly (if at all) noticable. Intersting idea but original RossNatur is much better. Paid a way too much for this one.

0.75l bottle courtesy of and shared with ogivlado who got it at the brewery (thanks!) POured a misty golden body with a small white head. Sourish, slightly vinuous yeasty nose. Malty (slightly crackery, nice), sweet yeasty staste, soft, watery, carrying more of a wine-like mouthfeel than actual taste (maybe vague notes). Beets show up. Not my type at all
