1l plastic bottle from a small kiosk/store at the Podmaniczkxy Frigyes tér facing the Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út. Funny really, a communicative local guy of about my age was buying bottles of Szögedi beers and claimed, in English better than 98% of the locals, that he liked either this or the Sör more. I think this. Twas fun. Anyway, this poured a pale golden-yellow body with a big white head that went away fast. The nose was strange and not really inviting, sweaty passionfruit and coardboard. Quite strong too. Eh. The taste was sweetish and light, a bit fruity but carrying distinct notes of beets which, as usual, ruin everything for me. The carbonation bite is stronger than it should be as well so, basically, this isn’t one of my favorites. I do hope the guy from the beginning of this rate discovers some better "obscure" Hungarian beers, he seems like a cool guy.

On tap at Anderson Pub , Budapest. Yellow coloured, small white head, dusty corn nose. Weak malty, metallic and grassy with notes of corn and lemony hops. Low carbonation, watery, short bitterish finish.
