At Puttetjes’ from bottle courtesy of Puttetjes. Pale golden with short lived head. Sweet white grapes, light spices, fresh lemonjuice, green apples, crystal water, light pastry doughiness, skinned almond. Light sweet, light bitter. Under medium body, soft light creamy feel. Low carbonation. Damn tasty stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of Biere de Saison - Perle, Simcoe on 09 Jan 2018 at 13:03 - Score: 8

750ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Funky, yeasty aroma, hints of pearl pickling onion, gherkin, dill. Taste is dry, slightly oaky, vinous, minimally fruity and herbal, hints of white grapes, apple, pineapple, pear, a touch of dill, weak, citrusy hoppy overtones, a touch of nettle. Light, minimally watery; super soft palate.
