Incanto fruit wines are the result of the perfected technology by which drops of supreme pleasure are made from the highest quality fruits of nature. The long-lasting fruit taste of Incanto wines had already, being faithful to its name, charmed superior sommeliers and found its place on tables of the high-class restaurants and hotels, whereas it exclusivity and limited quantity make it right to be an ideal present for business partners, good friends and our beloved ones.
Voćno vine od jabuke is characterised by a yellow-green colour and its tender aroma that irresistably reminds of freshly picked fruit. The interplay between the overall alcohol, acidity and aroma give the wine its exceptional balance and elegance. By a careful procedure of fermentation control, all the particular aromas of the fruit are kept, and it’s followed by a distinct fullness of taste and aroma. A mild acidity give it a freshness and the exceptional drinkability will delight everyone. It’s made for consumption with a wide specter of select dishes. Serve chilled to a temperature of 10-12°C.

Deep bond color; still. Unexpected aroma: mature white wine, some alcohol, light oxidisation, very light hazelnuts and apples. The mouthfeel is extremely dry, yet there is enough body; can easily be compared to white wines without sulfites that underwent a slight oxidization. It has almost nothing of a cider; but I would like very much to pair it with a glass of Ice Cider, for the contrast. The final is a bit short, but at least with some tannins and light astringency. Good management of the alcohol content. Very surprising.

21/12 A 0.2 l bottle Doggythedog brought from Zagreb, thanks a lot for sharing! It poured slightly darker golden body with no head and just a little bit of carbonation, even with thin legs, like some heavier wines might show. Apple and white wine aroma, some alcohol. After the initial disappointment flavor became fine and better with every sip. Mostly like some fine sourish white wine it has some apple notes which would be evident if this was a blind tasting. But I would think it’s wine with additions. Sweetish apple finish. I can definitely appreciate quality of this brew, but no, thanks, I prefer ordinary ciders.

0.2l bottle from the Natura Croatica store in Zagreb. Quite expensive and the presentation sure is fancy....vintage 2008 it would seem. Poured a still body with a slightly amberish golden body. The nose is sweet, some brown sugar, alcohol, vinuous dry-sourish notes, some apple. The taste is dry, slightly appley, vinuous - quite akin to white wine, warming, dusty and acidic, slightly carboardy, but with fine fruity notes. I can dig it as a wine I guess (even if it’s supposed to have no wine in it). Ok enough really and it’s great to see something like that in Croatia!
