Appearance: Hazy deep golden color with a small off white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Smoked ham and some bacon.
Palate: Medium + body. Slightly sweet and a fine bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Fresh and well balanced. Smoked ham and bacon.
Overall impression: Tasty with the right food.

Tap @ Brewpub, Bratislava. Day 2 RBESG 2012. Pours unclear amber with a small creamy head. Smoked nose. Salami, campfire and leather. Flavor adds grass and caramel. Smooth and medium bodied. Decent.

RBESG 2012 - day 2. Cloudy amber with a lasting, fluffy, off-white head. Malty aroma with a mild smoked note. Well balanced malty and mild smoked flavour

20/07 On tap at the brewpub. It poured hazy darker orange body with small head. Weaker vanilla aroma with wood, smoked cheese and peat. Flavor was sweet, brown sugar, caramel and vanilla with moderate smoked notes of bacon and ash, especially towards the finish. Medium in body with pleasant bacon and rye bread finish, slightly dryer here. Quite good one, not too smoked, might be perfect to those who are not greatest fans of those hardcore, heavily smoked Rauchbiers.

RBESG ’12, Bratislava. On tap at the brewpub. Hazy amber colour, white head. Aroma of bacon, light salty smoke, light fruity, light malty. Flavour is light smokey, malty, light fruity, light smokey and malty bitter finish. Light bodied. Decent smoked.

Tap @ brewery during RBESG 2012. Hazy dark orange appearance with a slight orange, cream colored head. Spicy woody, smoky, caramel aroma. Bacon, slightly ashy, spicy, ham smoky, brown sugar flavor.

Tap at brewery restaurant. Colour golden to amber. Head creamy medium white. Aroma smoke, smoked ham, malty. Taste medium bitter, yeasty, light to medium acidic. Drinkability low to average. Finish light bitter, light acidic.

Tap at brewpub. Hazy orange brown color with medium beige head. Aroma of Sweet malt, light smokinnes. Taste, Strong smokinnes mainly with bacon. Good, tasty beer.

Dark honey orange body, lasting white head. Sweetish pungent malty nose, just trace smoke. Nice smokiness, bacon mostly, not sweet, a bit tangy even, which helps. I like this in a way.
