Bottle shared at May THT. Hazy golden with a white head. Notes of beetroot, spicy radish, fennel seed, saison yeast, light citrus. Weird.

Bottle shared at THT May. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma of fennel upfront, vegetal notes, radish, yeast and the beetroot hanging out behind. Flavour is light moderate sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle at THT. Hazy reddish orange with off white head. Spicy yeast, some fennel, dough, light beetroot maybe, ginger, light milky yeast. Just medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Ok

THT May at Kwartje. Slightly hazy pale amber with white head. Dry malts, radish, coleslaw, fennel, spices. Moderate sweet and light bitter. Under medium body and soft carbonation.

Taphouse Copenhagen tap: pours dull clear red with a white head. Aroma is saison yeast and hints of fennel. Lightly sweet. Very light fennel. Easy to drink. Not really bad. Kind of watery finish.

Tap @ Mig & Ølsnedkeren. Nice head with good duration. Color is red/amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, yeast, hops, flowers, fennel and has a nice fruity finish.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - Reddish Amber coloured pour with white head. Aroma and taste is subtle beetroot and fennel, herbal hoppy accents throughout, light grass and straw, delicate floral and herbal hoppy into the finish. Interesting.
